By applying to or participating in the Dolphin Radar Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by this Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not participate in the Program.
Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Dolphin Radar reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
We may suspend or terminate any Affiliate account for violations of this Agreement or behavior that we determine to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the Program.
Affiliates earn commissions only on valid purchases made by new customers who register and subscribe to Dolphin Radar through the Affiliate’s unique tracking link.
The following actions are prohibited and not eligible for commissions:
Self-referrals or purchases made using your own affiliate link
Creating or controlling multiple accounts to generate commissions
Family, team, or related-party referrals used to exploit the Program
Fake traffic, robots, incentivized clicks, or lead manipulation
Any commissions generated through these activities will be voided and forfeited.
All commissions are subject to review and approval.
Dolphin Radar reserves the right to delay, withhold, cancel, or reverse commissions if we detect or reasonably suspect:
Fraud, abuse, or policy violations
Low-quality or suspicious traffic
Fake or manipulated account activity
Any violation may result in immediate termination of your Affiliate account and cancellation of all unpaid commissions.
Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal or other supported payment methods
Only approved commissions are eligible for payment
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or fees related to their payouts.
Affiliates must not:
Engage in misleading or deceptive marketing practices
Use unauthorized coupon codes or false promotions
Bid on Dolphin Radar branded keywords (e.g., “Dolphin Radar”, “DolphinRadar.com”, “Dolphin Radar discount”) without prior written consent
Use Dolphin Radar trademarks, logos, or names without approval
Create websites, social pages, or ads that mimic Dolphin Radar branding
Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws.
Either party may terminate participation at any time.
Dolphin Radar may immediately suspend or terminate an Affiliate account at its sole discretion without notice for violations of this Agreement or misuse of the Program.
Unpaid commissions related to violations will be voided.
Dolphin Radar may modify any aspect of the Program, including commission rates or these Terms, at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.
Dolphin Radar is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Dolphin Radar operates.
